UAE Pixel Club is an advertising tool owned by MicroWins L.L.C. where clients can submit an image and link which will then be published on our pixel page. Please be advised that buying pixel(s) from UAE Pixel Club does NOT mean partial ownership of our website in the present or any future.
MicroWins L.L.C. is guaranteed the site (www.uaepixelclub.com) - and in turn Your pixels - will be running online for at least 3 years from the official launching date.
When individuals or companies buy pixel(s), based on the number of pixels, they are granted and guaranteed the right to submit an image and or link to their websites which will be published on UAE Pixel Club webpage in the respective space they have chosen.
The minimum purchase is 1600 pixels at 2 AED each
The maximum purchase is as many pixels as are left on the webpage.
We strongly advice our clients to be selective of their chosen links and images that to be submitted and published on our webpage. Once you have submitted them, your link/image can only be changed with extra charges (conditions apply). So, you must be sure of the image & link which will be there for at least 3 years.
Our company reserves the right to refuse and reject any obscene/offensive/adult or otherwise inappropriate images or links published on our webpage without any notice or further explanation. The content of our webpage is monitored on a regular basis. If an image or link is rejected, or if a client submitted an image or link that is later found to break this condition, the client will have the opportunity to provide an alternative within a reasonable timeframe determined by us. Failing to do so will result in losing the selected space without any refunds the pixels will be sold to another party.
If at any time you change the content of the linked site you must notify UAE Pixel Club, so we are aware of the change and your new content does not violate our rules. .No obscene / offensive / adult images linked site are allowed. If you violate this condition your image/link will be removed immediately and you must provide an alternative link/image. You will not in any way receive a refund due to the link downtime.
If clients for any reason of their own choose to remove their links or images from our pixel page after being published, they will be allowed to do that, bur they are not entitled to any refunds and their spaces will become publicly available again and their pixels will become available for sale.
All uploaded images must be in GIF or JPEG format, and a reasonable file size. Animated images are not allowed on our pixel page, if you submit an animated image, either the first frame of the animation will be used or it will be removed totally and you should provide a new image.
Images are automatically resized to fit the pixels you order so you must ensure you are happy with the image before making your payment by 'Viewing' it on the pixel page first.
Please be aware that you need to have the copyrights of the image you are providing.
All Links must be to web pages only and begin with http:// for example http://www.uaepixelclub.com
You must have the authority to provide the image and link for the website you submit (proof of ownership or signing authority may be required), if you do not and we become aware of this your image/link will be removed and you will not receive a refund.
Once a space is selected and the payment is received in full by us, it will be reserved for the client for the duration of at least 3 years.
All transactions are in AED and funds must be fully received and cleared before images or links can be published. For the time being we are only accepting cash and Cheques as a form of payment.
All transactions are final. Once your image and link are published on the pixel page, you will not be eligible for a refund
Choice of Law, Jurisdiction and Venue: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of UAE, without reference to any conflict of law principles. You agree that any action at law or in equity arising out of or relating to these terms and conditions shall be filed only in the courts located in UAE. You further consent and submit to the personal jurisdiction of these courts for the purposes of litigating any such action.
Limitation of Liability : Under no circumstances, including, but not limited to, negligence, shall we be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use, the UAE pixelclub.com site or materials or functions on the site, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
